Voice of Haipei
This is the 22nd issue of the “Voice of Haipei”. In this series, and starting from the 17th issue, our teachers and students have been and will be working together to present a selection of the following: an excerpt or the full text of a piece of well-recognized writing (literary or academic), responses to questions from tests such as IELTS(雅思), TOEFL(托福), SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test), JLPT(日本語能力試験) and 한국어능력시험 (韩国语能力考试) with model examples of a high-scoring answer, or original creations by our teachers and students. We hope that by appreciating these shared voices and insights, our interest in exploring further will be spurred. Remember: For all keen learners, lending an eager ear to the input and reading critically and analytically are effective ways to broaden our intellectual capacities and improve our communicative abilities. With sincere dedication and concerted efforts, we will be enriched, empowered, and enlightened.
This 22nd production is in three parts. Part I is a brief introduction to SISU*Haipei's Korean Program partner institutions in Seoul, Korea. Part II is poetry reading and Part III is a vlog about the Haipei Student Union. The production is an outcome of the concerted efforts of our teachers Ma Huixia, Li Jiapeng and Sun Mengfei, and six SISU*Haipei Korean Program students. Their contributions are as follows:

The SISU*Haipei Student Union
上外海培学生会是学生进行自我管理、自我服务的自治性组织，是一个充满青春活力的学生团体。
在每年的新生入学和部长换届中，海培学生会都公开招聘、广纳贤才，吸收一批优秀的学生加入这个队伍中来。海培的领导、专业老师和辅导员们也积极配合，利用自己专业和优势培训学生干部，不断提高他们的业务能力和综合素养。作为守护海培天使们的领军人物，辅导员们还带领了一支“安全员”队伍，协助学院守卫着大家安全。
在海培的日子中，学生会通过定期举办丰富多彩的活动，搭建海培学子展现才华、施展才能的平台。在迎接十一国庆时，结合爱国和留学目标国，设计出表达心愿、抒发情感的国庆海报，还拍摄祝福视频，祝愿伟大的祖国生日快乐。在外语文化节中，有的通过书写诗歌来赞美学校、赞美祖国;有的通过朗诵诗歌，结合自己的留学梦与中国梦，表达了自身成为具有全球胜任力人才的美好愿景。在自我提升中，积极参加国别文化讲座，提高自己的外语水平和文化修养;参加读书报告会，用读书来丰富自己的阅历，开阔自己的视野;参加语伴交流活动，通过和国外友人的交流，进一步提升跨文化沟通能力。他们还积极参加学校运动会、文艺表演，充分展现阳光开朗、积极向上良好形象;从身边小事做起，严格要求自我，提倡节约粮食，形成节俭的优良风气。
学生会注重提高海培学子的家国情怀和社会责任，通过亲身参与感恩父母活动，不忘父母的养育之恩;通过在教师节、女神节中为老师们献花、送贺卡，不忘老师的培养之情;通过志愿服务，给更多需要帮助的人送温暖，不忘人生的社会价值。学院的领导和老师们时刻呵护和鼓励同学们的健康成长，在总结大会、表彰大会中予以通报表扬，为他们感到骄傲和自豪。
在迎接中国共产党胜利一百周年之际，海培学子更加树立远大理想、坚定理想信念，以不忘初心、不负时代的历史责任感和使命感，努力学习党史和出国留学史，用心用情用力讲好一个个优秀党员故事，主动将自己的留学报国梦融入到伟大的中国梦中去，为实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献自己的智慧和力量。
